Based out of Lime’s Sydney office, Heidi is experienced in large-scale, complex strategic planning and organizational capacity building.  An expert communicator, Heidi enjoys the challenge of bringing clarity to complex organizational situations.  She has a broad experience base having worked with a range of organizations and industries including construction, utilities, government and not-for-profit, in Australia, the US and UK.  

Heidi’s partnership approach with client organizations has seen her successfully deliver business outcomes by accelerating the development of relevant capability within organizations for them to be able to execute on strategy effectively.  Her ability to engage staff at all levels of organizations, as well as across the public domain, is exceptional.  

Heidi holds a BSc. and MSc. by research from the University of Sydney.
