Alison is based out of our New York office and is our multi-stakeholder engagement expert.  She has 15 years experience in large-scale, complex project management; particularly those involving multiple and diverse stakeholder groups.  She helps private companies and public entities plan, gain support for, and execute projects of key strategic significance.

Having worked with and consulted to, organizations from large public utilities to entrepreneurial start-ups, Alison is an accomplished cultural chameleon.  She has a distinctive knack for making people feel comfortable in high-stakes business situations.  Clients appreciate her ‘roll up your sleeves’ style and rare ability to inject passion into areas which have lost their vigor.
 
When not at Lime, Alison loves the water.  Now and again, she can be found back on Sydney's coast, swimming in open ocean distance races.
