Sarah leads our New York office.  Her focus is helping senior leaders at times of crisis and transition; to quickly clarify priorities, decide a course of action and get the right people mobilized.  She has lived and worked all over the globe in industries as diverse as mining, technology, life sciences and financial services.  Her experience spans from pioneering an approach to driving large scale transformation to the front line while at McKinsey & Company, to post-merger executive team conflict resolution, to bleeding-edge leadership development including leading challenging residential programs in extreme remote locations.

Colleagues and clients say working with Sarah is addictive.  She displays courage, pragmatism, intellectual horsepower, and deep insight .  Better yet, she laughs frequently.  When not at Lime, Sarah can be found  feeding her permanently ravenous three children, or training for her first major endurance challenge (it’s on her ‘bucket list’).  In a previous life she was a zoologist; ask her about the orangutan incident.
